What we do
Mimi's Mission
One of New Impact Ministries' main outlets is Mimi's Mission. Mimi's Mission was put on Allison McLain's heart after her mom, Karen Henderson, known by her grandchildren as Mimi, suddenly passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 48. Karen had a heart for moms and their babies. She served at Crisis Pregnancy Center for many years, pouring into every woman that came through her doors. She would meet with and counsel women every day, and in turn changed the lives of so many.
The heart of Mimi's Mission is to see the lives of even more women, children, and families changed. We hope to meet physical needs by providing diapers, wipes, food, and other essentials, mental and emotional needs through counseling, and spiritual needs by praying with others and leading families to know Jesus. Karen loved to see the lost saved, the hurting healed, and the broken restored.
Through Mimi's Mission, we will proudly carry on the wonderful legacy that Karen left behind, all for the glory of God.
